Wide-format flat griddle plate for parathas, dosa, sandwiches and continuous tawa cooking.
A thick mild-steel or stainless griddle plate mounted over a multi-burner gas manifold, with individually controlled heat zones so you can hold one end low and cook hot on the other. Splash guards on three sides and a front grease channel with removable collection tray.
