Deep round kadai fryer on an SS stand with high-output burner and undershelf.
Purpose-built for bhatura, puri, samosa and vada in volume. A deep spun kadai sits over a high-output ring burner inside a fully enclosed stainless cabinet, so heat is directed at the pan rather than into the kitchen. Front-mounted control valve and safety cut-off.
